A few details up front help Dan size up the job before the truck even leaves the shop.
What quit
A breaker that keeps tripping, a furnace that will not fire, an air conditioner blowing warm, a cooler holding the wrong temperature, or a generator that will not transfer. The more specific, the faster Dan can size up the job.
Where it is
A house, a farmhouse, a shop, a grain bin site or a commercial building, and the town or the road it sits on. Richland, Clay, Jasper and Wayne counties are all in range from Noble.
How old the building is
An older panel, an older furnace or an older ground loop points to a different fix than something installed last year. Dan will ask, so having a rough age ready saves a call back.
Which trade it touches
